not that i know of except of course for minoxidil, or Rogaine. however, remember that a PSA score that is halved should not be necessarily bad. You just have to adjust the number when reading the value. That is all.
is there any other pills besides propecia or proscar that will not cause PSA.

Nah man… I know quite a few people who got sick off propecia. Merck should have never released that drug.
I just want everyone who has sexual side effects and is taking BOTH propecia and MINOX, to make totally sure propecia is the one causing the problems. I got sexual side effects from rogaine and not from propecia. Sounds strange, i know, but true. I’m fine with anything anyone takes..but just try to quit rogaine for a short time to make SURE that is not the one causing the problem. After all, they still do not know HOW minixidil works…
If you’re taking Rogaine, it is possiblethat is the one causing the side effects. I was on propecia for a year without side effects, started to take minox as i thought it had no side effects, but i began to get ED and low libido. I had no idea minox could cause this , but after a few months I thought back of the time I started minox and getting these side effects. So I just wanted to test it , and when i quit rogaine, side effects went away in a period of a few weeks. Sounds strange..but true
I am using it for one year and half, I have no side effects, I take it along with minoximen, and my hair started to regrow, while the thin ones turned back normal.

good point. i am always worried about variable delivery in amount per day. will it make a big difference? don’t know. probably not.
Why would it be less efficacious to use 1/4 of a tablet of Proscar 5mg, which would be 1.25 mg, which is higher than the Propecia 1mg finasteride?
