@lucycow get a penile implant, you may not be as big as you were once - especially cause you have your prostate removed but nevertheless it works..many men have done it. Im diabetic and im getting a penile iimplant in a few weeks - I am scared as heck but its a matured technology that works…Consider this at least..Looke online for a something called Penile Inplant blog byBob..its a great resource for people like you with pictures

I had a radical Prostatectomy done via the Da Vinci robotic method 2 years ago and it saved my life. The downside is, no more sex as erections are non-existent, and constant bladder infections. Also a lot of weight gain from lowered Testosterone levels that can’t be changed because Testosterone suppliments can feed the cancer if/when it returns. The lack of sex has ruined my marriage. The cancer has radically changed my life in a crummy way, but at least I am ALIVE !

I had the radical prostatectomy in 1998. My wife convinced me
to do so. She saved my life. I’m 72 now, and everything works.
My gleason score was 6, and my reading was 6.0.
Had this done at the University of Chicago. And further, this was done under a twilight sleep..
I think what helped me get through this was making a documentary on my experience. I’m going to reduce the video, and put on Youtube. (As video is about 20 minutes)
