not to be a DEBBIE DOWNER but my dad was recently diagonised with prostate cancer and he does not drink, smoke, and exercises religiously. His diet has always been very healthy with supplements, vitamins, and vegetables. CANCER does not discriminate. Prostate cancer can be detected by a blood test “PSA”. Do IT GUYS!! what do you have to lose?

a good diet is the best thing you can do to prevent it, eat broccoli, broccoli is good for everything and prevents cancer. Fiber is important too. exercise and don’t smoke or drink.
